LAKEVIEW — Ald. Matt Martin (47th) will be answering questions about the city’s budget Wednesday night.

Doors open at 6 p.m. and the event will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Rizal Community Center, 1332 W. Irving Park Road. RSVP to the free event here.

City Council is currently holding hearings on Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s proposed budget. Lightfoot unveiled her $11.6 billion spending plan for 2020 last month.

Joining Martin will be Drazzel Feliu, research director at the Center for Tax and Budget Accountability.
