CHICAGO — Lakeview’s mfk. restaurant will be featured on the Guy Fieri show, “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.”

mfk., 432 W. Diversey Parkway, specializes in Spanish-inspired cuisine, particularly seafood. It has won three Bib Gourmands from Michelin in as many years. Fieri filmed at the restaurant in the spring.

The episode will feature Executive Chef Alisha Elenz, one of the youngest top chefs in Chicago, and mfk. owners Scott and Sari Worsham, according to a news release. The four will cook up seafood fideos and prawn heads.

The crew took photos with Fieri’s famous red convertible (complete with his “FLVRTWN” license plate) and the TV chef left an autographed baking tray for the team.

The episode will air 8 p.m. Sept. 7 on the Food Network.
