LITTLE ITALY — A car fire in a Little Italy parking garage spread to 21 other vehicles, totaling all of them.

About 3 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a fire in a car at 711 S. Ashland Ave., Fire Department spokesperson Larry Merritt said. The fire spread to the other cars in the garage, and all 22 were totaled, Merritt said.

The cause of the fire was unknown as of Wednesday morning. The case is under investigation, Merritt said.
