Lincoln Square’s Winter Craft Beer Festival Returns This Weekend

More than two dozen local craft beers will be available to taste, and brewers will be on hand to chat about their brews.

LINCOLN SQUARE — You can sip on craft beers from local breweries during this weekend’s Winter Brew in Lincoln Square. 

The two-day outdoor festival is 12-6 p.m. Saturday-Sunday along North Lincoln Avenue between West Wilson and West Eastwood avenues. Presale tickets are $5 and can be bought online, while day-of tickets cost $7.

Winter Brew is open to the general public, but reusable commemorative cups must be bought to consume alcoholic beverages. 

Tickets are required to bought beverages and food at the festival and are available for pre-purchase online and at the event at a cost of $1 per ticket.

More than two dozen local craft beers will be available to taste, and brewers will be on hand to chat about their brews. Participating Breweries include Begyle Brewing, Maplewood Brewery & Distillery, Old Irving Brewing, Dovetail Brewery, Hop Butcher For The World and Half Acre Beer Co.

In addition to specialty tapped beers, attendees can enjoy cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages from local distillers and eat food from local restaurants like the The Green Post, Dinky Delights, Luella’s Southern Kitchen and Nuts To Go.  

The festival will also have a market featuring local businesses, including Stretchlab Lincoln Square, Barley’s Biscuits and Hilary’s Cookies.
