Block Club Chicago’s “It’s All Good” podcast is here!

Episode 1 is named “The Chef and the Swimmer” after two Chicagoans making our neighborhoods great. Chef Mike Airhart was inspired to create Taste for the Homeless after watching a pizza vendor throw away food in front of a man who is homeless at the Taste of Chicago.

Miriam Franchi, a former Roberto Clemente Community Academy swimmer, was shocked to find out the boys and girls programs had been dormant for years. She decided to change that.
