WEST LOOP — The development boom continues in the West Loop with another office proposal set to be unveiled at a community meeting next week.

Sancerre Capital will pitch plans for a seven-story office building at 815-825 W. Lake Street.  A virtual meeting will be held 6 p.m. on April 6.

Designs for the 109-foot-tall office building include 63,000 square feet of ground-floor retail near the corner of Lake and Green streets, according to a zoning application.

Eckenhoff Saunders designed the building, which includes a rooftop deck.

The meeting is being hosted by Ald. Walter Burnett Jr. (27th) and the West Loop Community Organization. Attendees can register here.
