PILSEN — A free drive-thru food distribution event will be held Saturday in Pilsen for families in need.

The giveaway starts 9 a.m. Saturday in the MANA Parking Lot on the corner of Cermak Road and Allport Street. 

Fresh produce, meat, diary products and other grocery items will be distributed. The giveaway is sponsored by Convoy of Hope Chicago, John Burns Construction and Ald. Byron Sigcho-Lopez’s (25th) office.
