SOUTH LOOP — The South Loop Farmers Market is moving its Thursday night market to Roosevelt Collection Shops for the summer following a successful winter indoor run, organizers said.

Night Market Thursdays will run 4-8 p.m. June 13-Oct. 3 at the shopping center, 150 W. Roosevelt Road. The pet-friendly indoor/outdoor event will be held rain or shine. This will be the first year the Thursday night market will be at the South Loop shops after one season on Roosevelt Road and Michigan Avenue.

Vendor applications are open through April 29 for the Thursday night market and the Saturday morning market at Printers Row. The Printers Row market runs 9 a.m.-1 p.m. May 28-Oct. 26 inside Printers Row Park, 632 S. Dearborn St.

The final vendor list will be released on the event’s website.

In addition to food and products from local vendors, the popular weeknight affair offers a range of family-friendly activities, including yoga, arts and music education and sports. Past and present sponsors include NEMA Chicago, RUSH University Medical Center South Loop and DePaul University.
