LINCOLN PARK — A new liquor store that hosts weekly tastings with local craft distilleries recently opened in Lincoln Park.
Spirit Hub, 2342 N. Lincoln Ave., opened in late November. It’s the first brick-and-mortar store for the brand, which previously operated solely online.
Visitors can shop from a variety of hand-picked craft spirits and other kinds of alcohol.
The store also holds tastings every Thursday featuring Illinois-based craft distilleries like Apologue Liqueurs, Wolf Point Distilling and KOVAL, according to an announcement.
Spirit Hub is one of three recent business openings near the intersection of Halsted Street, Fullerton Avenue and Lincoln Avenue. Pakistani fast-casual spot Ghareeb Nawaz opened Oct. 17 at 2364 N. Lincoln Ave., followed by Wake-N-Bakery Oct. 22 at 2401 N. Lincoln Ave.
Spirit Hub is open noon-7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and noon-5 p.m. on weekends. The store is closed Mondays.
