Thanksgiving Week Weather In Chicago: It’ll Be Warmer, But Prepare For Possible Rain With Your Turkey

The week is expected to be sunny and warm until Thursday, when there could be rain.

CHICAGO — This week will start off sunny and warmer — but Chicago could get a side of rain for Thanksgiving.

While last week was chilly and snowy, Monday is expected to hit 46 degrees and be sunny, according to the National Weather Service. There could still be wind gusts up to 25 mph.

Tuesday will warm up even more, with a high of 49 degrees expected, according to the weather agency. The day will be sunny but breezy with wind gusts up to 15 mph.

Wednesday is expected to be the warmest day of the week, as it could hit 53 degrees. It will also be sunny.

The weather could take a turn for Thanksgiving, though, as temperatures will slightly cool, with an expected high of 50 degrees. The day will be mostly cloudy, and there’s a chance for rain in the afternoon and overnight.

Friday could get as high as 43 degrees, and the day has a chance for rain. It will be mostly cloudy, according to the National Weather Service.
