Chicago Expected To See Lots Of Sunshine And Warm Temperatures This Week

Aside from a chance of rain Thursday, the forecast is looking perfect for packing in the summer fun.

CHICAGO — Summer might be winding down, but it’s not over yet — this week, Chicago will see lots of sunshine and temperatures in the upper 70s and lower 80s.

Monday will be sunny with a daytime high near 78 degrees and an evening low around 64 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.

Tuesday will be sunny with a daytime high near 79 degrees and an evening low around 65 degrees, according to the weather agency.

The sun is back Wednesday with a high near 79 degrees and a low around 66 degrees predicted at night.

Thursday could see some rain, with a 30 percent chance of showers 2-8 p.m., according to the weather agency. The day will be mostly sunny with a high near 77 degrees and a low around 68 degrees at night.

Friday will be mostly sunny with a daytime high near 76 degrees and an evening low around 65 degrees.
