‘La La Land’ To Be Shown Thursday In Wicker Park

CHICAGO — Musical fans can enjoy a big-screen showing of “La La Land” Thursday in Wicker Park.

The film will play starting at dusk Thursday at the park, 1425 N. Damen Ave., as part of the Park District’s Movies in the Park series, according to the Park District’s website. Viewing is free.

“La La Land” stars Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling as they chase their entertainment industry dreams in Los Angeles and fall in love. It was released in 2016 and won six Academy Awards.
