CHICAGO — It’s been a warm, sunny week for Chicago — but rain could be coming this weekend.
The city is expected to see mostly sunny skies the next few days, with Wednesday hitting 79 degrees and temperatures hovering around 80 degrees Thursday and Friday, according to the National Weather Service.
There’s a slight change for thunderstorms Friday night, and more rain could come over the weekend. Saturday will have a slight chance for showers in the morning, then a greater chance after 1 p.m., according to the weather agency.
But the day will be partly sunny and is expected to warm up to 81 degrees.
