Chilly Days In The 40s Are Expected All Week For Chicago

Warmer weather will return this weekend, when high temperatures could move back to the 50s.

CHICAGO — Below-average cold will settle into Chicago this week — but warmer weather could return after that.

Monday will see clouds coming in throughout the day and wind gusts up to 25 mph, according to the National Weather Service. It’ll warm up to 47 degrees in Chicago.

Tuesday and Wednesday will see some sun, but they’ll only get as warm as 44 degrees, according to the weather agency.

Thursday will be mostly sunny, and temperatures will warm up to a high of 45 degrees.

Friday is also expected to be sunny, and it could get as warm as 50 degrees.

The weekend will be even warmer, with sunny skies and highs of 52 degrees Saturday and 54 degrees Sunday.
