‘The Dark Knight’ Will Play For Free Tuesday At Millennium Park

"The Dark Knight" was filmed in Chicago, and some of the city's iconic spots can be spotted.

MILLENNIUM PARK — The Batman blockbuster “The Dark Knight” will be screened Tuesday at Millennium Park.

The screening starts 6 p.m. at Jay Pritzker Pavilion in the Downtown park. Attendance is free. The event is hosted by the Chicago Film Office, according to a city news release.

The movie will be shown on a 40-foot LED screen. “The Dark Knight” was filmed in Chicago, and some of the city’s iconic spots can be spotted. It starts Christian Bale as Batman and Heath Ledger as the Joker.
