It Could Feel Like 100 Degrees Sunday As Warmer Temperatures And Humidity Return

There are also chances for rain later this week.

CHICAGO — Chicago will warm up this weekend — but it’ll also get more humid, and there will be chances for rain.

Wednesday is expected to be sunny with a light wind, according to the National Weather Service. It could warm up to 81 degrees.

Thursday will see a few more clouds, but the day will be mostly sunny and has an expected high temperature of 84 degrees, according to the weather agency.

Friday will be mostly cloudy, and there’s a 50 percent chance for showers and thunderstorms. Wind gusts could reach 20 mph, and the day could get as warm as 83 degrees.

Saturday has a slight chance for rain in the early morning and again in the afternoon. The day will be mostly sunny and will hit 85 degrees, according to the weather agency. It could feel like it’s in the 90s, though.

Sunday will again have a chance for rain in the morning. The day will be mostly sunny and is expected to hit 88 degrees — but it could feel about 100 degrees outside.

Saturday and Sunday will be particularly humid, according to the weather agency.
