WEST LOOP — Animal rescue group One Tail at a Time will host an in-person event, Summer Shake, for the first time in a year.

The dog-friendly summer bash is 1-5 p.m. Aug. 8 at Bridge 410, an event space in the West Loop. Single “human tickets” are sold out, but there are still “canine tickets” available as well as a few sponsorship packages, which include tickets for human attendees.

The event is for people 21 and older. Vegan snacks and other refreshments will be provided by Upton‘s Naturals, Liberation Donuts and Revolution Brewing. DJ Jennefa will play music.

There also will be an online raffle and auction as well as a streamed party kickoff on One Tail at a Time’s Facebook and YouTube pages.
