South Loop Farmers Market Returning To Printers Row, Near South Side

The Printers Row location, 632 S. Dearborn St., resumes May 29. The Prairie District location on Michigan Avenue also will return in mid-June.

SOUTH LOOP — Summer is almost here, and the South Loop Farmers Market is returning for another season starting Memorial Day weekend.

Local shops, including Blue Sky Bakery and Cafe and Danie’s Natural Juice Blends, are among the vendors expected to return.

The market has two locations: It’ll run 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturdays through Sept. 25 at 632 S. Dearborn St. That market will return May 29.

Its other location is open 4-8 p.m. Thursdays through Sept. 30 at 1936 S. Michigan Ave. That market returns June 17.

All customers are required to sanitize their hands upon entry, wear masks, observe social distancing and not exhibit symptoms of coronavirus to ensure safety of shoppers and vendors.
