West Ridge Vaccine Clinic Open To Everyone 12 And Older Sunday

About 750 Pfizer doses will be available at the Warren Park vaccine pop-up on Sunday.

WEST RIDGE — A vaccine clinic will be held Sunday at Warren Park in West Ridge.

The clinic is 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday at Warren Park Fieldhouse, 6601 N. Western Ave. The Pfizer vaccine will be administered, so the event is everyone 12 and older. Minors getting shots must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

About 750 shots will be available at the clinic, according to Ald. Maria Hadden’s (49th) office. Neighbors are encouraged to register for an appointment, though walk-ups will be accepted.

People who get a first shot at the event will be registered for a second dose for June 13 at Warren Park, Hadden’s office said.

The vaccine clinic is being administered by Walmart. It was organized by Hadden, Ald. Harry Osterman (48th) and Ald. Debra Silverstein (50th).
