Here’s Where You Can Get Vaccinated In Englewood, Chatham And Auburn Gresham

Block Club has rounded up locations in the area where people can go to get vaccinated. All vaccinations are free, regardless of insurance.

ENGLEWOOD — There are multiple spots where residents of Englewood, Chatham and Auburn Gresham can get vaccinated against coronavirus.

Block Club has rounded up locations in the area where people can go to get vaccinated. All vaccinations are free, regardless of insurance.

Here’s where to get vaccinated:

Englewood

Esperanza vaccination centers

Two area Esperanza centers are vaccinating residents of West Englewood as part of the Protect Chicago Plus program. Any adult from the area can get vaccinated there.

West Englewood residents should text “WEST ENGLEWOOD” to 773-207-3133. Someone from Esperanza will reply within 72 hours to verify your eligibility and set up an appointment. Do not text more than once.

Mile Square Health Center

Any Englewood resident 18 or older can get vaccinated at Englewood’s Miles Square Health Center, 641 W. 63rd St. Appointments are required and no walk-ins will be accepted. You may be asked to provide a piece of mail or something else that proves you live in the Englewood community.

Howard Brown Health

Howard Brown has a community care clinic at 641 W. 63rd St. where anyone who is part of 1A or 1B can get vaccinated. Appointments are required and no walk-ins will be accepted.

St. Bernard Hospital

Residents can fill out a form online to try to get a vaccination appointment at St. Bernard Hospital, 326 W. 64th St. Call 773-962-3900 for more information.

Walgreens

Area Walgreens are vaccinating people who are part of Phase 1B, which includes people 65 and older and frontline workers. Appointments are required. No walk-ins will be accepted.

Walgreens has nearby locations at 650 W. 63rd St., 1213 W. 79th St. and 1633 W. 95th St.

Walmart Pharmacy

Walmart, 7535 S. Ashland Ave., is vaccinating people who are part of Phase 1B, which includes people 65 and older and frontline workers. Appointments are required. No walk-ins will be accepted.

Walmart, 8331 S. Stewart Ave., is vaccinating people who are part of Phase 1B, which includes people 65 and older and frontline workers. Appointments are required. No walk-ins will be accepted.

Christian Community Health Center

Christian Community Health Center, 9718 S. Halsted St., is vaccinating people who are part of Phase 1B, which includes people 65 and older and frontline workers. Appointments are required. No walk-ins will be accepted.

Chatham

Area Walgreens are vaccinating people who are part of Phase 1B, which includes people 65 and older and frontline workers. Appointments are required. No walk-ins will be accepted.

Walgreens has nearby locations at 11 E. 75th St. and 8628 S. Cottage Grove Ave.
