LITTLE VILLAGE — A plan for a new Little Village medical service center will be detailed during two virtual community meetings Tuesday.

NAS Corporation wants a zoning change to build a second floor at 3925 W. 31st St. to make way for a medical services center, according to a zoning application submitted last year.

Ald. Michael Rodriguez (22nd) is hosting the community meetings 10-11 a.m. and then 6-7 p.m. on Zoom.

The Oakbrook-based company looks to “build a second-story addition to the existing building and establish medical services,” according to paperwork filed with the city.

The two-story building would ultimately create 10,213 square feet of commercial space. Five parking spaces are included as part of the plan.
