PILSEN — A 30-year-old man was seriously wounded in a shooting early Sunday in Pilsen, police said.
At 6:30 a.m., a woman was driving south in the 2100 block of South Hoyne Avenue when she heard shots and her passenger, a 30-year-old man, felt pain, police spokeswoman Kellie Bartoli said.
The man was shot in his head and the woman drove him to Stroger Hospital, where he was listed in serious condition, Bartoli said.
No other information was available Monday morning.
