CHICAGO — It’ll stay sunny most of this week, but cooler temperatures are on the way.
Monday will stay warm, with an expected high temperature of 74 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. It’ll be mostly sunny and breezy, with gusts up to 30 mph.
Tuesday will cool off only slightly and is expected to hit 71 degrees. Rain and thunderstorms are expected in the afternoon, and there will be wind gusts up to 45 mph, according to the National Weather Service.
Wednesday will be sunny, but temperatures will dip, with an expected high of just 50 degrees.
Thursday and Friday will be sunny, with Thursday hitting 55 degrees but Friday only getting as warm as 48 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
