WEST TOWN — Negroni slushies are coming to West Town.
Parson’s Chicken & Fish is opening a third Chicago location at 2109 W. Chicago Ave. The company, which has locations in Lincoln Park and Logan Square, is aiming for an April opening, spokeswoman Carrie Sloan said in an email.
“We’re unsure when it will be ready to go, but can confirm that we expect to be fully ready for outdoor service by April,” Sloan said.
Located on the West Town-Ukrainian Village border, Parson’s will replace The Rookery, which closed last year.
Parson’s is famous for its fried chicken and Negroni slushies. Parson’s is part of the Land and Sea Dept. group, which includes Logan Square’s Lost Lake, Lonesome Rose, Longman and Eagle, Milk Room and other businesses.
