Two boys, 15 and 17, were among those wounded in the drive-by shooting, police said.

ALBANY PARK — Five people were shot in a drive-by shooting Tuesday night in Albany Park, police said.

About 10:25 p.m., two teenage boys and three adults were standing in a group on the sidewalk in the 3500 block of West Lawrence Avenue when someone in a white Nissan drove up and fired shots, police said.

A 15-year-old boy was shot in his left leg and abdomen and taken to Swedish Covenant Hospital in critical condition, police said. A 17-year-old boy was taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital in critical condition.

A 21-year-old woman was shot in her right hand and was taken to Swedish Covenant Hospital in serious condition, police said. A 27-year-old man suffered a graze wound to his chest and was taken to Swedish Covenant Hospital. A 37-year-old man was shot in his right leg and taken to St. Francis Hospital.

As detectives investigated after the shooting Tuesday night, a pair of gym shoes could be seen on the sidewalk.

No one is in custody. Detectives are investigating.
