Chicago Seniors Can Get Free Flu Shots Across The City Thursday

The Illinois Department of Family and Support Services will be giving free flu shots to seniors at various locations around the city from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. Thursday.

On Monday residents can receive a free flu shot at the 46th ward office.

AUBURN GRESHAM — With flu season fast approaching — in the middle of a pandemic — public health officials are urging everyone to et their flu shot, and seniors across the city can get theirs for free this week.

The Illinois Department of Family and Support Services (DFSS) will be giving free flu shots to seniors at various locations around the city from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. Thursday.

Seniors with insurance are urged to bring their cards, while those without may receive a flu shot at no cost.
