CHICAGO — Kuma’s Corner is celebrating its 15th anniversary with a music fest this summer.
The famed burger chain, which celebrates heavy metal music, has already lined up bands Anthrax, Converge, Russian Circles, The Atlas Moth and Indian to perform at the June 27 party, according to a Kuma’s news release.
And, of course, there will be burgers, food exclusive to the fest, beer and cocktails, according to Kuma’s. Local artists, vendors and breweries will also be present.
Kuma’s started in 2005 at Belmont and Francisco avenues. It’s now expanded and has five locations, including one in the West Loop.
The fest will be held noon-10 p.m. June 27 at Brands Park, 3529 N. Elston Ave. General admission tickets are $39 and VIP tickets are $99 and can be bought at Kuma’s Corner locations or online starting Feb. 7.
VIP tickets will include exclusive beers, a private bar, limited edition merchandise and more.
