FULTON MARKET — Oreo-maker Mondelēz will have some company when it opens its new Fulton Market headquarters next year.

Developer Thor Equities announced DineAmic Hospitality will lease out restaurant space in a new five-story building currently being built at 905 W. Fulton Market St. The hospitality group will release details on the new eatery early next year.

Known as the restaurant group behind other West Loop eateries including Bar Siena, Bombobar and Bandit, DineAmic will lease out 8,000-square-feet on the ground floor of the new Thor Equities building.

In January, Mondelēz  International announced it would be taking a page from Google and McDonalds and relocating its global headquarters to Fulton Market by April 2020. The company, which makes Oreo cookies, Ritz crackers, Triscuits and other snack foods, signed a “long-term lease” at a five-story office building.

About 400 corporate employees are expected to move into the company’s new Fulton Market offices.
