FULTON MARKET — The Hoxton hotel has a debuted a new coworking space in its Fulton Market hotel with rentable desks, daybeds and terrace views.

Called “Working From_,” the pet-friendly 23,000-square-foot office designed by Ennismore Design Studio inside the Hoxton, 200 N. Green St., features nearly 300 desks and two meeting rooms.

Amenities include complimentary stationery, food delivery from Boka Restaurant group and special access to hotel rooms for $25. Members also receive IT support, a library and access to the hotel’s fitness studio.

Pricing starts at $30 for a day pass. Full memberships are $200 a month for desk surfing to $700 a month for private studios.

For $75 per month, members can have access the space after 5:30 p.m. and on weekends.

The boutique hotel opened in Fulton Market in April. The company plans to open another coworking space at its Southwark location in London next year.
