DOWNTOWN — City Winery is debuting seven wines inspired by Chicago neighborhoods.

The wines feature flavors and labels inspired by their neighborhoods: The Andersonville wine label has the iconic Swedish flag water tank while Wrigleyville’s label shows off Wrigley Field’s famous board.

The wines were created by City Winery’s own designer, Sarah Foote, of West Town, according to a news release.

“Each wine has been carefully crafted to best represent the flavors of each Chicago neighborhood,” according to City Winery.

Here’s the lineup:

  • Wrigleyville Syrah: This wine is a “racy grape that packs a punch of flavor,” according to City Winery. $32, ABV 13.8 percent
  • Lincoln Park Cabernet Sauvignon: The cabernet is Chicago’s most popular red wine, according to City Winery, and this variety pays tribute to Abraham Lincoln, from whom the neighborhood takes its name. $24, ABV 13.7 percent
  • Hyde Park Pinot Noir: “Just like Hyde Park, Pinot Noir has withstood the test of time, while remaining unique and beloved by all,” according to City Winery. $26, ABV 13.5 percent
  • Andersonville Chardonnay: This chardonnay is “laidback, charming and very friendly,” just like Andersonville, according to City Winery. $26, ABV 14.3 percent
  • Pilsen Roussanne: This wine is designed to pair well with Mexican food in honor of the large Mexican population of Pilsen. $26, ABV 14.4 percent
  • Old Town Sauvignon Blanc: Sauvignon blanc is a “fun wine” that pairs well with Old Town, “the epitome of fun in Chicago,” according to City Winery. $20, ABV 13.4 percent
  • Gold Coast Cabernet Sauvignon: The “premium” wine was designed to embody “elegance, style and an appreciation for the very best,” according to City Winery. $38, ABV 14.4 percent

Six of the wines — representing Andersonville, Pilsen, Old Town, Hyde Park, Lincoln Park and Wrigleyville — can be bought together for $150. Individual prices vary.

Wines can be bought online or at City Winery, 1200 W. Randolph St.
