CHICAGO — Police have released images of three men they said forced their way into a Lincoln Park apartment and robbed a woman.

The home invasion happened Tuesday night in the 400 block of West Fullerton Avenue, according to a Chicago Police community alert. A woman answered a knock at her door only for several men to rush in, handcuff her, tape her mouth and hold her at gunpoint as they robbed her.

One attacker was described as a black man who was 35-45 ears old, 5-foot-4 to 5-foot-9 and wore all black clothing, police said.

Another man was described as black, 21-28 years old with a thin build and a white, long-sleeved shirt.

The third man was described as black, 26-28 years old, 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-9 with his hair shaved on the sides and braided on top, police said. The third man wore a red scarf or hooded sweatshirt with a black coat over it.

Anyone with information about the home invasion was asked to call police at 312-744-8263.
