CHICAGO — A 16-year-old boy was shot and wounded Thursday afternoon in Norwood Park.

At 12:30 p.m., the teen was in the street in the 5200 block of North Natchez Avenue when he heard shots and felt pain, police said.

The boy was hit in his right arm and he was taken to Lutheran General Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as “stable,” police said.

No one was in custody and an investigation was ongoing.
