HUMBOLDT PARK — Police issued a community alert after a string of burglaries in Humboldt Park earlier this month.
In these incidents, burglars broke in through a back door or unlocked window and then stole computer equipment, gaming systems and cash, according to the alert, issued late Monday.
The burglaries happened in the:
- 1000 block of North California Avenue at 10:25 p.m. July 3
- 2700 block of West Augusta Boulevard at 6 p.m. July 6
- 2600 block of West Augusta Boulevard at 8:30 p.m. July 13
