DOWNTOWN — The Taste of Chicago brought more than one million people to Grant Park this weekend for music, art and a whole lot of food.
Attendees sampled 300 menu items from 80 restaurants, and city officials said the event drummed up $106 million in “economic impact” for the city, according to the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events.
