CHICAGO — Two teen boys were shot Tuesday night in Rogers Park.
At 9:30 p.m., the boys, 17 and 15, were outside in the 7300 block of North Rogers Avenue when they heard shots and realized they’d been hit, police said.
The 17-year-old was hit in his right leg and the 15-year-old was hit in his right ankle. They took themselves to St. Francis Hospital and were in good condition, police said.
No one was in custody. An investigation was ongoing.
