ALBANY PARK — A restaurant crawl later this month will showcase cuisine from more than 40 of Albany Park’s diverse businesses.
Flavors of Albany Park starts June 19 at 6 p.m. and will feature three routes through the neighborhood along Kedzie, Lawrence and Montrose avenues. Tickets are $30 for adults, $15 for kids (12 and under), $20 for students (with valid ID) and $20 for seniors. The event ends at 9 p.m.
The tour will happen rain or shine and tickets can be purchased here.
A ticket buyer gets a “passport” that entitles the holder to choose from among three neighborhood routes. On the day of the event, the route-specific passports will be given to ticket holders at Noon-O-Kabab, 4701 N. Kedzie Ave. Early bird check-in to pick up the tour passports begins at 5 p.m.
The passport will allow attendees to try out sample-sized bites from the venues. Along each route, attendees can also enjoy a variety of live entertainment and music.
Regardless of which route is chosen, the evening after-party will be hosted at Surge Coffee Bar + Billiards, 3241 W. Montrose Ave. and will feature a cash bar, raffle and a live DJ.
