BACK OF THE YARDS — A 21-year-old man reported missing was last seen in April in Back of the Yards, police said.

Taylor is 6-foot-1, 200 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes. He is often seen in the 8800 block of South Cottage Grove in Burnside.

The Civilian Office of Police Accountability is also investigating the incident since the officer discharged a weapon.
