DOWNTOWN — Skating at the ice rink in Millennium Park will end this weekend — but a night of Queen will come first.

The McCormick Tribune Ice Rink, 1 N. Michigan Ave., will close for the season after this weekend, but first it will host a themed night where skaters can dance across the ice to “Bohemian Rhapsody” and other Queen classics.

The Queen-themed hours are 6-8 p.m. Thursday. The final days of the skating season are Saturday and Sunday, when the rink will be open 10 a.m.-9 p.m.

Skating at the rink is free, though skate rental is $13 Monday-Friday and $15 Friday-Sunday.

Skating at the rink will return November 2019.
