CHICAGO — A 54-year-old man was robbed at knife- and gunpoint early Wednesday in River North, police said.
At 1:08 a.m., the man was working in a business in the 700 block of North Wells Street when two men walked in and said they were robbing the business, police said. The robbers had a knife and a gun, and one of them cut the man’s back and arm.
The robbers took money and drove away in a red Jeep, police said.
The man was taken to Northwestern Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as “stable,” police said.
No one was in custody.
