RIVER NORTH — The owners of Concrete Cowboy will open another River North restaurant and bar this week.

The new spot, Clutch, opens 5 p.m. Wednesday at 316 W. Erie St. The owners, who also run sports bar/club Concrete cowboy at 646 N. Franklin St., plan to start with dinner service but will begin providing lunch in late February or early March.
The restaurant’s Facebook page touts it as serving American and Asian fusion, and the lunch menu features a variety of options, including main dishes like avocado toast, chicken sandwiches and burgers. Sides like salads and French fries will also be available, as will a full bar.
Clutch will also serve brunch starting in the spring.
The Chicago location will be the third for Clutch, which also has spots in Dallas and Houston.
