One person was injured in the Thursday morning crash.
DOWNTOWN — One person was injured in a 14-car crash Thursday morning on Lake Shore Drive near Grand Avenue.
At 6:04 a.m., there was a crash involving 14 cars in the northbound lanes of Lake Shore Drive, police said. One person, whose age and gender were not available, was injured.
The person was taken to Northwestern Hospital, where their condition was not available but they were listed as “stable,” police said.
Car lanes were temporarily shut down but were re-opened by 8 a.m.
