DOWNTOWN — Chicagoans can meet wolves and make crafts at Northerly Island during upcoming Polar Adventure Days.

Attendees will be able to tour Northerly Island (with snowshoes if there’s snow) and see animals like wolves and Siberian huskies while drinking cocoa and enjoying snacks, according to the Chicago Park District website.

There will be a raffle and giveaways, and there will be supplies for winter-themed crafts, the Park District said.

The events are noon-4 p.m. Jan. 26 and Feb. 23 at Northerly Island, 1521 S. Linn White Drive.

The event is free, though parking is limited and will cost $3.
