CHICAGO — A group of robbers have been snatching phones from people in Lincoln Park, police said.

The robbers have struck four times since mid-November, walking up to victims and grabbing phones out of their hands, according to a Chicago Police community alert.

The robberies occurred:

• Afternoon of Nov. 17 in the 2200 block of North Burling Street
• Afternoon of Nov. 27 in the 1600 block of North Clybourn Avenue
• Afternoon of Dec. 7 in the 2000 block of North Burling Street
• Monday evening in the 300 block of West Concord Place

The robbers were described as boys or young men who were 15-20 years old, 5-foot-7 to 6 feet tall and 140-180 pounds, police said.
