RIVER NORTH — Parlor Pizza Bar will open its third location Friday, this one in River North.
The new location, 405 N. Dearborn St., will serve pizza, sandwiches, desserts, craft beers and cocktails for lunch and dinner like its counterparts in Wicker Park and the West Loop, according to a news release. Brunch with a Bloody Mary bar will be available on weekends.
Besides Parlor Pizza’s usual fare, the River North spot will have two exclusive menu items: the Al Past-THOR pizza with achiote marinated pork, roasted pineapple, salsa verde, chipotle marina, queso fresco, cilantro and shaved red onion; and the Gimme S’More TACOlato with Rocky Road ice cream, Hershey’s chocolate chunks, marshmallow fluff, graham crackers, fudge sauce and whipped cream inside a sugar-crusted graham cracker shell.
Diners will also be able to “build” their own pizzas by choosing from more than 25 available ingredients.
The restaurant also plans to open a 2,500-square-foot patio with two sidewalk cafes in the spring.
Parlor Pizza Bar River North will be open 11:30 a.m.-midnight Monday, 11:30 a.m.-1 a.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 a.m. Friday, 10:30 a.m.-1:30 a.m. Saturday and 10:30 a.m.-midnight Sunday.
