CHICAGO — Brothers and Sisters has opened in Ukrainian Village.
The restaurant, market and “funky” wine and beer shop at 2119 W. Chicago Ave. opened Wednesday. It seats 27 people and is taking over part of the former Columbia Furniture storefront.
Brothers and Sisters will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, with fare including maple-glazed brioche doughnuts, sandwiches and lamb meatballs. Customers will also be able to buy beer and wine to go.
Produce will come from farms in the Midwest. Smoked and cured meats will be served up from Underground Meats.
The eatery and shop takes decoration cues from the ’70s with wood paneling, a shag rug and flowerpot pendants.
Brothers and Sisters will be open 8 a.m.-10 p.m. daily at 2119 W. Chicago Ave.
