CHICAGO — A shooting in Little Village left one man dead and another wounded late Thursday, police said.
At 11:08 p.m., the two men were standing on the sidewalk n the 2600 block of South Kedvale Avenue when someone in a dark-colored SUV fired shots at them, police said.
A 22-year-old man was hit in his face and he was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said. A 44-year-old man had his buttocks and left hand grazed by bullets. He refused emergency medical services.
No one was in custody and an investigation was ongoing.
