CHICAGO — Shootings in Little Village have left three people wounded since Tuesday, police said.
Most recently, at 12:50 a.m. Wednesday, a 31-year-old man was shot in the 3100 block of West 25th Street, police said. The man was driving when someone inside a passing white car fired shots.
The man was hit in his hip and he was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as “stable,” police said.
Hours earlier, at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, two people were shot in the 4000 block of West 30th Street, police said. A 17-year-old boy and 20-year-old man were walking outside when they heard shots and felt pain.
The teen was hit in his abdomen and he was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition, police said. The man was hit in his upper back and he was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition.
No one was in custody in these shootings.
