Two Robberies Reported In On Same Lincoln Park Block

The robberies happened within minutes of each other on the same block.

LINCOLN PARK — Two robberies happened Wednesday within minutes of each other on the same Lincoln Park block.

In both robberies a man walked up to someone on the street and asked for money. When the person refused, the robber threatened the victim and demanded cash and valuables, police said.

The robberies were reported in the: 

• 900 Block of West Fullerton Avenue around 2:5 p.m. on Oct. 24 
• 900 Block of West Fullerton Avenue around 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 24

The man was last seen wearing a black ski cap, black hoodie, black pants and brown boots. Police say he’s about 6 feet tall and weighs about 150 pounds.
