CHICAGO — A man touched a girl inappropriately as he ran past her Wednesday in Dunning, police said.
At 6 p.m., the girl was walking in the 3200 block of North Narragansett Avenue when a man jogging by touched her as he passed her, police said.
The man ran down an alley in the 6400 block of West School Street and watched the girl, police said. She saw the man staring at her and he ran off, going east on School Street.
The man was described as white or Hispanic, in his late 20s, 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10 and 130-140 pounds, police said. He had facial hair and wore a gray and black hooded sweatshirt. His pants were either dark-colored jeans or black jogging pants, according to police.
