EDGEWATER — Candidates vying for the the 40th ward seat will face off at a neighborhood forum Tuesday night.

The forum begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be hosted at Ebenezer Lutheran Church, 1650 W. Foster Ave.

Confirmed candidates include Andre Vasquez, Dianne Daleiden, Maggie O’Keefe, Ugo Okere and incumbent Ald. Pat O’Connor (40th). Journalist Rick Perlstein is moderating the event.

This forum is being organized by the Bowmanville Community Organization, West Andersonville Neighbors Together and Lincoln Square North Neighbors. The organizers are asking attendees to submit questions to the candidates ahead of the forum using an online questionnaire.
